Performance marketing thrives on measurable outcomes, and creative imagery is one of the most powerful levers to drive these results. By investing in thoughtful, audience-aligned visuals, marketers can capture attention, inspire action, and ultimately achieve better ROI in their campaigns.

In 2023 ConsumerAffairs sought to rebrand their creative imagery. The outcome of that effort led to a second rebranding in 2024.

Using competitor research and trend analysis, mood boards were created to design ad types. The rebranding mandate also included brand colors and illustrator assets that were already used in product to create a cohesive brand experience.

Once ad types were approved, iterative testing was implemented across all categories.

In 2024, data indicated that the majority of top-performing ads were composed of the brand’s yellow and blue colors and featured typography. Another round of mood boards and ad types were created.

New iterations of ad types were rolled out across all categories. Engagement and click-through rate increased resulting in Q4 2024 outperforming Q4 in 2023 and 2022.

Straying from fancy design terminology and concealed complexities, my work is sincere and direct. Design supported by data and process creates engaging work that produces results.
